NUISS Visits CYDI Office

Comr. Ahamba Bestman The President, National Union of Imo State Students (NUISS) 8th Republic paid a courtesy visit to Community & Youth Development Initiatives (CYDI) to discuss ways forwards for programmes and activities to improve the reproductive health of Imo state Students across Nigeria. With him was some of his executive namely: Comr. Achebe Chizzy, Minister for Socials; Comr. Philip Chinyere, Minister for Gender Affairs and Comr. Okem Chris, SA on External Affairs.

Speaking at the meeting, Felxfame Enisire the Programme manager of CYDI assured them that CYDI is still committed to advocating for policies and implementing programmes/activities to improve the reproductive health of Young people in Imo state. He also stated that CYDI is planning to organize a free HIV testing and condom distribution campaign for young people across different campuses in Imo state in Commemoration of the 2021 International Youth Day. He thanked Comr. Ahamba Bestman and his executive for making out time to pay CYDI a visit.
