International Menstrual Hygiene Day (MHM Day), observed annually on May 28th, is a significant occasion dedicated to breaking taboos and raising awareness about the importance of good menstrual hygiene management (MHM). Let’s delve into the significance of this day:

    • Our common goal is to ensure that everyone has access to quality menstrual products, period education, and period-friendly toilets.

    • Millions of women and girls face barriers due to menstruation.
    • MHM Day seeks to empower them by promoting awareness and action.
    • We envision a world where menstruation is no longer a hindrance to reaching one’s full potential.
